Baking for the Holidays

I felt I needed something to do so, I've been baking pies. I started taking orders about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and delivered 14.

Now, I'm taking orders for Christmas. The orders are already starting to come in. I plan to deliver pies the afternoon before Christmas Eve and Christmas Eve morning.

Arizona Sunsets

There's something to say for the Arizona sunsets.

The last few nights they have been breathtaking.

We've been having above record highs during the day with it cooling down during the night for perfect sleeping weather.

It doesn't get much better than this.

Where's the heat

What has happened to our heat? It's 57 degrees and it feels like 45. If this keeps up, I'll need to drag out my winter sweaters.

Windy, Windy, Windy....it's been blowing for 2 days now....

AZ Weather

The weather is perfect....85 degrees and clear.

Saturday Parade....

Just got a call to participate in the parade on Saturday with our dog Diver but we're not going to be there. Bummer.....

Counting down the Days

5 days til we leave Alaska.
I am so looking forward to spending
the winter in AZ.

I'm On My Way

It's offical! The tickets are bought and we will be leaving AK heading back to AZ for the winter.

I'm anxious to get back to the warm sun and to start working on my tan again.
